Welcome to Crest4GS ([www.crest4gs.com](https://www.crest4gs.com)). By purchasing or accessing our professional engineering courses, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your procurement.

1. Device Binding and Video Playback Rules

To protect our intellectual property, course video contents are cryptographically locked to a limited number of authorized personal devices.

  • Authorized Allocations: Access to any single purchased course is restricted to a maximum of one (1) Microsoft® Windows® computer and one (1) Android™ device per user account.
  • Supported Operating Systems: Content playback is verified and supported only on Microsoft® Windows® (7, 8, 10, or higher) and official Android™ platforms.

2. Device Migration Policy (Hardware Changes)

If you change or upgrade your study hardware, you may submit a Request Migration to transfer your digital course license to a new device.

A. Free Device Migrations

Each student is granted a maximum of three (3) complimentary (Free) Request Migrations per course. Free migrations are strictly provided under the following technical circumstances:

  • For Windows®: Hardware failure, purchasing a replacement PC, replacing/adding a storage drive (HDD/SSD), or changing/reinstalling your OS version.
  • For Android™: Physical device damage, switching to a new phone, or performing a factory reset.

B. Paid Device Migrations (Purchase Migration)

Once your three (3) complimentary migrations for a course are exhausted, you may purchase a one-time final transfer (Purchase Migration).

  • Fee: The fixed cost for a final Purchase Migration is $50 USD.

C. Transfer Restrictions & Anti-Fraud Guard

  • Identity Enforceability: Any migration request (whether free or paid) must be executed for the same registered user. Transferring or sharing access slots with another individual is strictly prohibited.
  • Fraud Detection: Our platform automatically tracks device configurations and telemetry. Any detected manipulation, account sharing, or fraudulent attempts to bypass device restrictions will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your course access without warning or refund.

3. Financial and Pricing Terms

  • Course Pricing: The cost of each course is dynamically determined by the promotional pricing and offers active on our website at the precise time of payment.
  • Refund Policy Limit: In accordance with our global policy, course fees are completely non-refundable under any circumstances or pretexts after 48 hours have elapsed from the time of purchase.
  • Migration Fees: The $50 USD fee for a Purchase Migration is strictly non-refundable from the moment it is paid.

4. Intellectual Property and Security

All lectures, technical content, code files, design sheets, and digital media hosted on our website or decrypted inside our Android application are the exclusive intellectual property of Crest4GS.

  • You are granted a non-transferable, personal license to view the materials.
  • Any attempt to record, screen-capture, reverse-engineer, extract, or redistribute our encrypted video contents will face legal prosecution and immediate blacklisting from our academy.
