Because our courses are delivered entirely digitally via our website and our dedicated Android application, our refund policy balances consumer fairness with the strict protection of our intellectual property.

1. Strictly Digital Services (No Physical Shipping)

All courses, lectures, notes, and technical materials offered by Crest4GS are 100% digital.

  • There is no physical shipping, packaging, or tangible materials involved in any purchase.
  • Access to video content is granted through our platform and our encrypted Android application.

2. Refund Eligibility Rules

To prevent digital piracy and the abuse of our educational content, refund requests are governed by a strict time window and consumption limit:

  1. The 48-Hour Window: A refund request must be submitted via email within exactly 48 hours from the precise procurement/purchase timestamp shown on your digital receipt. Any request received after this 48-hour period will be automatically rejected.
  2. Consumption Limit: The user must not have accessed, streamed, or downloaded more than [e.g., 10% or 2 video lectures] of the total course content during that 48-hour window. If our server logs or app telemetry indicate substantial consumption of the course, a refund will be denied regardless of the time elapsed.

3. Mandatory Content Destruction & Account Termination

Upon the approval and processing of a refund, the following legal and technical actions take place immediately:

  • Revocation of License: The digital decryption keys assigned to your account will be permanently revoked. You will immediately lose access to log into the course via the website and the Android application.
  • Destruction of Cached Data: You are legally required to completely delete and destroy any encrypted, offline, or cached video data downloaded to your Android device storage.
  • Unauthorized Playback Warning: Any attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or retain the encrypted video contents after a refund is granted constitutes a violation of copyright law and intellectual property theft, and will result in permanent blacklisting from our platform.

4. Refund Processing and Timeline

Once your refund request is verified and approved by our team, the return process will be initiated on our side within 7 business days.

  • Bank Processing Times: While we release the funds within 7 business days, the actual time it takes for the money to reflect in your account depends entirely on your issuing bank, the receiving bank’s schedules, and local or international banking procedures. This phase is outside the control of Crest4GS and can take anywhere from 5 to 15 additional business days.
  • Transaction Fees: Please note that payment gateway processing fees incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable by financial institutions and may be deducted from your final refund total.

5. How to Request a Refund
